Okay, I would like to revisit the Mason Wyler rape allegations.
First off, with the world of porn becoming so fastenated with BDSM, it must be hard to prove a case like this. I was at Folsom this year and some of the beatens and shit that took place really turned my stomach.
Now,with that said, has the world become so fucking jaded and sick minded that when you see pictures and read that a man has been abused and raped, that you call him a "Fucking Liar" and say that "he deserved it"? Some of the comments that I have gotten and that I have read on other blogs are FRIGHTENING. I don't care if is lying. He has made a claim and until proven other wise, HE WAS RAPED. I also love how certain people are sayin "he's doing porn, and he deserved it, and all porn stars are going to get killed or H.I.V". WTF? Odds are, if you are on my blog or other blogs or sites, you like or love porn. So these guys are doing you a great service. IT TAKES A GREAT DEAL OF COURAGE TO DO WHAT THESE GUYS DO? I know we make jokes about these Gay for Pay guys, but they too are BRAVE AS FUCK! As far as I am concerned NO means NO. I don't care if Mason let the guy fuck him, but got to a point where he was like stop...if the the bastard didn't stop...HE WAS RAPED.
If Mason is lying then he will get what's coming to him, but don't cast stones at someone just because of their profession.

I agree with the heart of your comments but this whole thing does make me wonder a few things. I am a fan of porn and the guys who work in the porn industry. But do the young men who get into the world of porn, escorting, etc. and adopt the lifestyles that accompany these professions really understand how much their futures will be affected. There is no doubt in my mind even if you could get this alleged rape to trial, you could not find 12 jurors anywhere in the country that would find the Army captain guilty. The defense would march out mountains of facts regarding Mason's profession, his lifestyle, things he has written in his blog or said in interviews, making him appear to be someone willing to do anything sexually at the drop of a hat. Meanwhile, they would also march out evidence of this "fine soldiers" record of service and portray this as a consensual BDSM encounter. Additionally, on his blog Mason talks of getting his doctorate and teaching. Almost any school, public or private, in the country would not hire him if they knew of his background in the sex industry. And if they did hire him and found out about it later, they would almost surely fire him. I'm not saying it is right. But it definitely says to me that we should all think about the consequences of our actions before we act. I do hope Mason can obtain justice and I also hope that he recovers physically and emotionally from his attack. Sorry for being longwinded!

But I agree with bamaredman, Any other porn star i'd disagree but Mason is a huge slut and the things he has said/written is gonna make this look like sex that got a lil to ruff but wasn't rape.

Fortunately, bamared is also factually wrong in asserting that no one will hire Mr Wyler in education, who knows of his previous professional pursuits. He might not get elected to the Senate from Alabama, but not since FDR plucked Hugo Black from that seat to redeem himself on the Supreme Court, has it been any credit to civilization as we know it. And if a former Ku Klux Klansman can edify a nation in the equal protection of the laws, surely a professional of Mr Wyler's empathy is better poised than his detractors, to speak of discretion to the young.
I am uncomfortable with judging Mr Wyler's case by gossip. But I scorn judging Mr Wyler's liberty.
Seeing the pictures of how beaten up he was, I really and truly think he was raped. IF he's lying - and that's a big if - then I think he has some kind of mental illness. Either way - I hope that he's able to get the treatment and help that he needs.
The "he deserved it" stuff really disturbs me. No one deserves to be assaulted.
Mr. Anonymous says that I am "factually wrong". I did not state any facts. I simply stated my opinion. But facts do bear out what I said. There have been numerous instances nationwide where both men and women have been terminated from their employment in the education field due to having worked in the sex industry in some capacity. And very recently, two young men who were students and wrestlers at the University of Nebraska were dismissed for simply posing for nude photographs. Also, I was not asserting any defense. I was simply stating that the personal and professional history of a person working in the sex industry would definitely be used as part of any defense strategy. And I am definitely not scorning Mason's liberty. He has the right to make his own choices, whatever they may be. However, there are sometimes negative consequences to the choices we make.

As I read it, Mason was using his porn star fame to turn tricks, and let a bad trick into his house.
Rape is rape -- but when you make a lot of videos getting fucked by practically anyone, you attract crazies, and are in more danger of rape.
