Here's to Rafael Alencar...a man that has everything. A hefty dick, an even heftier ass and to top it off a degree in dentistry. So after he knocks some teeth out or dislocates your jaw with his massive dick, he can repair it as well. He's working with nearly every major studio out, with the exception of Falcon I think. He was very hands on with getting Black Scorpion video off the ground and even made his directorial debut with them. Lately he can be seen doing a lot of work with Lucas Entertainment. He was a part of their last three major releases, Return to fire Island 1&2, Wall Street and Cock Cribs.
